Implement structured development workflows using Power BI Projects (PBIP) and Git‑based version control; embed documentation and governance practices into the development lifecycle.
Manage the BI development backlog and priorities; track and report on delivery metrics, pipeline health, and release status with clear, executive‑ready updates on initiative progress and risks.
Lead structured requirement gathering and solution design processes; produce and maintain clear technical and functional documentation that supports scalability, audit readiness, and knowledge transfer.
Operate within formal IT service management frameworks; manage BI‑related incidents, requests, and changes through structured tracking systems.
Ensure production stability, reliability, and continuous improvement across the BI environment.
Develop KPI frameworks that improve service performance and customer satisfaction; enable proactive monitoring and root‑cause analysis.
Increase automation across reporting workflows to improve development efficiency and reporting speed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

7+ years of enterprise BI experience.
Advanced Power BI expertise including complex DAX development, semantic model design and optimization, star schema data modeling, performance tuning of large datasets, and row‑level security implementation.
Experience working with Snowflake or other enterprise cloud data platforms.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience implementing Power BI Projects (PBIP) and using Git‑based version control systems.
Demonstrated experience producing structured technical and solution documentation.
