About
Responsibilities
Utilize SQL, GA4, and other reporting tools to conduct ad‑hoc analysis, monitor campaign performance, and create compelling visualizations
Deliver easy‑to‑understand data and actionable insights to the Marketing team, aiding them in making informed decisions
Lead the management and integration of marketing data from various sources
Oversee ETL processes for bringing new data into our data lake, ensuring comprehensive and accurate data access for the Marketing department
Conduct independent BI research, proactively analyze data, and identify areas for improvement
Recognize problems or opportunities at an organizational level and implement data‑driven solutions that drive significant impact across the company
Collaborate with the Data Team to oversee the accuracy and organization of our data lake
Automate and maintain data processes, integrate new data sources, and update reports to reflect product changes
Connect user behavior with data and create comprehensive visualizations for KPIs and overall business performance
Leverage your skills in Atlassian Jira, BusinessObjects Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Erwin Data, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Intelligence (BI), Business Requirement Document, Create Dashboards, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), PostgreSQL, Microsoft Excel to effectively perform your role
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Marketing Data Analyst or related field.
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, BusinessObjects Technologies, and Database management.
Familiarity with EO/IR systems and Erwin Data.
Experience in AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies.
Strong understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) and ability to create Business Requirement Documents.
Ability to create dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), PostgreSQL, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field.
