Hybrid (2-3 days a week onsite in Swindon) £50,000-£60,000 Permanent positionLooking for a role where you'll have real variety and influence across multiple technology projects? We're recruiting for a Technical Business Analyst to join a growing technology team, working across a range of transformation initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting to the heart of business and technical problems, producing high-quality analysis, and working closely with engineers, architects and stakeholders.

The role:
Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements Process mapping and systems analysis API and integration documentation Data analysis and migration support Legacy system analysis and transformation projects Facilitating workshops with business and technical teamsRequirements:
Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst Good data analytic experience with Excel, and either SQL or PowerBI Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills Experience working on technology delivery projects Communicating with stakeholders at a variety of levels Agile experience (financial services is a bonus, not essential)
