- Limerick Contract: Permanent Location: Limerick | Working model: Hybrid We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to partner closely with business leaders and people managers in Limerick.
In this role, you will provide practical HR guidance, support employee relations, use data-driven insights to inform decisions, and help create an engaged, high-performing workplace culture.
What you will do Provide trusted HR expertise Act as a trusted HR subject-matter expert for managers, providing clear guidance on people-related matters.
Interpret and apply company policies and procedures consistently, fairly, and in line with best practice.
Use your knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements to help mitigate risk.
Implement practical HR solutions that align with global HR standards and support local business needs.
Build strong business partnerships Build effective, trusted relationships with managers and leaders to ensure HR support is aligned to business priorities.
Play an active role in employee relations activity, supporting timely, fair, and commercially sound outcomes.
Apply business acumen Provide guidance on HR matters, partnering with HR centres of expertise to develop effective solutions.
Use business and HR metrics to inform decisions and support operational priorities.
Apply knowledge of the labour market and talent landscape to support organisational success.
Coach, consult and deliver people solutions Partner with managers and HR colleagues to implement business-focused people solutions.
Coach managers on HR, performance, engagement, and employee relations matters.
Execute programmes, policies, and processes that support an engaged and high-performing culture.
Support initiatives relating to retention, change management, engagement, and organisational effectiveness.
Deliver consistent, high-quality HR services across the operating entity.
Use HR insights to drive action Analyse and present HR data and insights to managers, recommending actions that support the people strategy and workplace culture.
Identify root causes of workplace issues and partner with key stakeholders to implement appropriate interventions and solutions.
What you will need Education Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Experience and skills 6+ years' professional experience, including previous HR experience.
Demonstrated experience partnering with centres of expertise and business leaders.
Strong experience managing complex employee relations and performance management matters.
Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
Strong facilitation, consulting, negotiation, conflict resolution, and project management skills.
Ability to assess situations objectively, recommend practical solutions, and execute effectively.
Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred experience 6+ years of increasingly responsible human resources experience in a complex or matrixed environment.
