An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced FP&A professional to join a growing organisation in South Dublin.

As the successful applicant you will play a key strategic role, partnering with senior leadership to drive business performance, support decision-making and further develop the FP&A function.
Key Responsibilities Support development and communication of the 5-7 year business plan and financial strategy.
Lead the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.
Deliver insightful financial analysis, reporting and KPI dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
Produce monthly and quarterly management and Board reporting, highlighting key trends, risks and opportunities.
Develop financial models, scenario analysis and investment appraisals to support business growth.
Oversee cash flow forecasting and capital planning.
Partner with Finance, IT and BI teams to enhance reporting capabilities, data quality and financial systems.
Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting and financial modelling.
Support the CFO with Board presentations, strategic initiatives and ad hoc commercial analysis.
About You Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CPA) with 6+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance or corporate finance.
Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting expertise.
Advanced Excel skills with experience using Power BI (or similar BI tools).
Experience working with ERP/accounting systems (Microsoft Business Central desirable).
Commercially minded with excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable presenting financial insights to senior leadership and Board level.
Proactive, detail-oriented and driven to improve processes and deliver business value. xyswxtq
