Grand Head Start ERSEA/Data Manager

The ERSEA/Data Manager is responsible for actively recruiting and maintaining full enrollment of eligible children and for ensuring that data is effectively used to drive decision-making, compliance, and quality throughout the Head Start program. The position ensures adherence to Head Start Program Performance Standards and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The position monitors the ChildPlus data management system to ensure accurate and timely data entry for tracking, reporting, and analyzing information about children and families. Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
