Where You'll Work This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection. Why This Role Matters As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering secure, reliable, and scalable software to our customers. By building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and supporting modern cloud platforms, you'll help accelerate innovation while ensuring the stability of mission critical applications. Partnering across engineering, architecture, and product teams, your work will directly impact how quickly and effectively we deliver new capabilities to the market. What You'll Deliver Responsible for the continuous and on-time delivery of application releases supporting mission-critical services Support and improve our tools for continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD). You can demonstrate measurable improvements in our delivery pipelines Responsible for navigating cloud solutions, on-premise solutions and hybrid solutions Responsible for infrastructure as code (IaC) tooling Build automated release pipelines that package, test and deploy code Build out and maintain a suitable tracking dashboards and metrics Collaborate with Architects, Engineering Engineers, Product Engineers and Engineers across the organization to deliver a comprehensive solution We're committed to creating an inclusive environment. Must Haves: 4+ years of total experience in the following: Driving mature CI/CD adoption, deployment automation, and release engineering Working with Azure DevOps Pipelines Windows Server or Linux Administration Writing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) 2+ year experience with the following: Azure/AWS (Azure preferred) Docker, K8s, and Containerized Services Interfacing with Relational Databases (Azure SQL, SQL Server, Azure PostgreSQL preferred) Strong understanding of Azure Identity or AWS/GCP equivalent Integrating and interfacing with logging and telemetry platforms Strong working experience in an Agile environment Comfortable giving feedback to team members and handling personal situations Excellent at multi-tasking and able to handle competing priorities Familiar with git SCM and branching methodologies (GitFlow, Trunk Based, etc) Nice to haves: Msbuild and dotnet core CLI .NET,.NET Framework,.NET Standard xUnit, nUnit, or any other.NET testing framework Node.js and React / Vue/ Angular / Svelte Jest, Vitest, Jasmine, Karma or any other JS/TS testing framework Static Code Analysis tooling (Sonarqube preferred) Nuget and NPM Azure Artifacts What You'll Experience A team that shows up. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
