Compensation
$75,000 – $250,000+ per year (No cap on opportunity)
W-2 Opportunities Include:
Company vehicle provided
Base + commission

What You’ll Do
Generate and manage residential and commercial opportunities
Provide exceptional service at all levels
Build relationships and create customers for life
Inspect properties and provide solutions
Work with homeowners, property managers, and business owners
Represent a respected and growing regional brand
We’re Looking For:
Competitive mindset
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude
Self-motivated and coachable
Sales experience preferred (not required)
Roofing, construction, insurance, exterior, or commercial experience is a plus
