Full-Time On-site Chicago, IL 60622, USA Pay or shift range: $100,000 USD to $120,000 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet with Stakeholders to clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Allocate Roles and Responsibilites based on individual team members strengths, skill sets and experience levels
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring organization and/or technical feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, track progress/performance and maintain all documentation
  • Develop data analytics, diagrams and process maps to document as needed
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate concerns to management as needed
  • Perform risk management and Gap analysis to minimize project and/or tasks at risk
  • Upon project completion, conduct a lessons learned session to identify areas of weakness, success and make recommnedations

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in project management
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Visio and Word
  • Project Management Professional certification is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

Department Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Attend Meeting on behalf of the CMO, represent his/her position and report back to the the CMO
  2. Data Analytics: Source, create and conduct non-project related Data Analysis as requested. This includes, but not limited to, ongoing report management and dashboards.

Other Responsibilities:

  1. Adheres to downtime procedures.
  2. Adheres to established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.
  3. Performs both essential and non-essential job functions in a safe manner as identified by Humboldt Park Health
  4. Demonstrates an understanding of and models the mission and core values of Humboldt Park Health.
  5. Enhances professional growth and development by accessing educational programs, job related literature, in-service meetings, and workshops/seminars.
  6. Checks, maintains and responds daily hospital email
  7. Performs other related duties as assigned.
