Join our team as a Forklift Operator! We are looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals to operate facility forklifts and loaders, keeping our recycling operations moving smoothly and efficiently.

Shift Flexibility: Choose the schedule that fits your life best:
1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday – Friday)
As a core member of our floor team, you will keep our facility running efficiently by:
Moving Material: Safely operating forklifts and loaders to transport materials, dump cages, move containers, and minimize belt downtime.
Prioritizing Safety: Maintaining a secure tipping floor area by staying alert to traffic conditions and equipment movement in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
Equipment Care: Performing quick daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections (fluid levels, oil, coolants) to ensure your machine is always running at its best.
Team Collaboration: Communicating effectively with facility personnel regarding material conditions and reporting daily shift data to the supervisor.
Experience: 1 to 3 months of related forklift/loader experience or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience). High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Communication: Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, memos, and correspondence.
Physical Demands: Comfortably lifting/moving up to 10 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds frequently.
Safety Mindset: A proactive attitude toward maintaining an accident-free work environment
