Pediatric Partners is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our collaborative, mission-driven pediatric team in Thief River Falls, MN. About the Role
As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you will support children with a wide range of needs—including medically complex, developmental, and communication challenges—by improving speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills to promote independence and quality of life.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and maintain skilled documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, discharge summaries)
Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support therapy carryover at home and in natural environments
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes
We evaluate the child's home, school, and daycare environments and suggest strategies to improve participation.
Recommend and train families on AAC devices and assistive technology as appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, holistic care
Manage a pediatric caseload, coordinate scheduling, and maintain open family communication
Complete, accurate billing and documentation aligned with services provided
What You’ll Bring
Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
Minnesota/ North Dakota SLP license (or eligibility) required
Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
