Role: Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers delivering substation projects.
Oversee the design of steel structures, foundations, gantries, and associated civil works.
Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage project resources, technical queries, and design risk assessments.
Support site activities and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements: Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
4+ years' structural design experience, ideally within utilities, energy, or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of steel and concrete design and relevant design standards.
Leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
Full driver's licence required. xyswxtq
