IT Project Manager (Insurance Domain)

Exposure to insurance platforms (EIS, Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar). Experience delivering supplemental or voluntary benefits (Worksite programs). Experience supporting release cutover activities in regulated environments

Lead day to day delivery for the Life Insurance Worksite program by driving schedule, governance, and cross functional execution. This role requires strong stakeholder management, proactive risk and dependency handling, and crisp reporting. The ideal candidate is a self-directed, action-oriented project leader who creates clarity, removes blockers, and keeps teams accountable. 8 years of project management experience delivering technology programs insurance domain experience required.
