Finance Manager
Finance Manager is responsible for supporting the various functions for the company including FP&A and cash management while also contributing to compliance-related duties.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Partner with business leaders to provide comprehensive financial analysis
- Develop and maintain financial reports that provide timely and complete information
- Support monthly and annual budgeting processes
- Prepare and reconcile daily and weekly cash management reports
- Analyze and reconcile all daily receipts and disbursements activity
- Support all internal and external borrowing activities including related entities and lending institutions
- Prepare monthly debt compliance certificates and any covenant calculations
- Prepare the month-end and quarterly management reports
- Work with cross-functional teams including A/P, A/R, and Accounting
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent and highly accurate math and accounting skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and a working knowledge of ERP software
- JD Edwards and/or Workday Adaptive experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business related
- Three years or more of related experience required.
