About
Responsibilities
Design analytic solutions for business users that provide the data needed to operate the business.
Design, develop, implement, test, document, and operate large‑scale, high‑volume, high‑performance data structures for the analytics platform.
Implement data ingestion routines both in real time and batch using best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes.
Participate in technical decisions and collaborate with talented peers.
Review code and implementations and give meaningful feedback that helps others build better solutions.
Write documentation on design, architecture, and solutions.
Required Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or related field and 5 years of experience as a Data Warehousing Specialist or a related position/occupation.
Alternate Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or related field and 3 years of experience as a Data Warehousing Specialist or a related position/occupation.
Full term of experience must include:
Snowflake
Python
Airflow
AWS Services (SQS, SNS, S3, EC2, Glue, Glue catalog)
Distributed processing
CI/CD
Data Modeling
Compensation The base salary range for this role is $149,844 to $180,500 per year. The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. This position is eligible for 401(k) and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
