Data Analyst - Data & Analytics
Everest Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst for its Data & Analytics team. This role will advance the firm's enterprise data strategy, combining hands-on data analysis, data solutioning, data delivery, and stakeholder engagement to enable high-quality reporting and analytics across the organization. Responsibilities include: Partnering with technology teams to design and deliver scalable data solutions Driving adoption and business value from data, analytics, and BI solutions Translating business needs into clear data and technology requirements Collaborating across business units to standardize and optimize enterprise data assets Supporting data governance and data quality initiatives Acting as a subject matter expert for business data inquiries Performing ad hoc analysis by extracting, transforming, and modeling data Validating and signing off on data deliverables Contributing to Agile delivery of data initiatives Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field 3+ years of experience in data analytics or a related role Strong understanding of core data concepts Advanced SQL skills and strong analytical capabilities Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across business and technology stakeholders Excellent communication skills Nice to have: Experience in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services Exposure to modern data platforms and cloud-based analytics environments Experience supporting data governance initiatives The base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $125,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications, and work location. All offers include access to a variety of benefits.
