About the Role Join the winning team at City Wide Facility Solutions as a Sales Executive! We are a leading provider in the building maintenance industry and are looking for a talented sales professional with a passion for helping clients find solutions that meet their needs. In this outside sales role, you will drive new business development within the Atlanta East Region, focusing on bringing in new clients and building lasting relationships.
As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for aggressively prospecting for new business, selling with confidence and integrity, having a deep understanding of the clients' needs, and a passion to provide quality solutions. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive and driven team who shares a common goal - to provide exceptional service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals.
Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations.
Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts.
Allocate time for cold call prospecting each week.
Utilize and manage your CRM to maintain all customer information.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
High School diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
Valid driver’s license
1 year outside B2B sales experience
Demonstrated track record of success in previous tenures
Strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory
Proficiency in CRM systems to include strong data entry and organization of sales data
Prior sales training certificate, e.g., Sandler, President’s Club, Dale Carnegie, etc., preferred
Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales
Demonstrated ability to coordinate team activities and work effectively with operations and marketing teams
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong MS Office
Pay
$50,000.00 per year
+Bonus and Uncapped Commission
Schedule
8-hour shift (8 am-5 pm, M-F)
