Highlights
Manage application, auditing, research, reporting, and data management of housing and dining charges.
Assess and audit initial housing and dining charges, daily reconciliations, refund processes, and fiscal compliance.
Generate financial statements, analyze business performance, and produce occupancy trend and forecasting reports.
Support student recruitment, retention, and outreach, including managing medical contract terminations and roster verifications.
Collaborate with the Bursar, Registrar, Finance, academic colleges, and other campus partners.
Provide leadership and promote collaboration within the Division of Student Affairs.
Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3-5 years of relevant professional experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Proficient with Oracle financial statements, housing occupancy management software, and data reporting tools.
Compensation range: $44,592 to $74,196 annually, commensurate with education and experience, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and tuition waivers.
Work schedule: Full-time, typically 40 hours per week with some evenings/weekends as needed.
