Mobile Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) directs the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be always provided to our residents. In a mobile role, you will be assigned to a facility temporarily to ensure efficient operations until the placement of a permanent administrator.
Essential duties include:
- Ensuring the facility operations are in compliance with federal, state, local, and company guidelines.
- Overseeing all budgets, documentation, training, employment procedures, resident and visitor procedures and policies to meet federal, state, local, and company guidelines.
- Creating and maintaining an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, positive emphasis, while maintaining the care without compromise standard throughout the facility.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a nursing home administrator (LNHA).
- A bachelors degree in public health administration, business administration, or health-related degree is preferred.
- Two years of experience in a supervisor role, healthcare experience preferred.
