Position Details

Role: Experienced Veterinary Assistant

Status: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8 am - 7 pm

What You'll Do

Let your passion for excellent patient care shine every day

Communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence

Embrace the occasional "cat rodeo" with safe, skilled handling

Create a positive experience for pets and clients by assisting in exams, treatments, and daily care

Clean and prepare exam rooms between patients, maintaining a safe, organized environment

Assist in safely restraining pets to minimize stress and ensure safety for all

Record accurate medical histories and patient notes for the veterinarian

Take vitals, collect diagnostic samples, and prepare vaccines and medications as directed

Educate clients about pet care, preventive medicine, and parasite control

Support your team and doctors with a can-do, compassionate attitude every day
