Sr Program Manager OCM-Training

Is an expert in creating marketing, YouTube, and professional promotional videos for companies or social media using tools like Camtasia, Canva, or other video editing tools. Has skills and experience with these tools to create e-Learning and microlearning using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise. Experience with getting the requirements and storyboarding the e-learning or videos, recordings that are being requested without assistance from others. The resources need to have good communication skills, initiative, creativity, innovation, skilled in the tools listed above and can work under pressure and loves delivering creative learning and videos. The need to be detail-oriented and produce quality content because a lot of the e-learning and videos are being distributed across the organization and even now starting to record for C-suite (executive level). They also need to be able to have a good Voice Over because we are not using AI or generated voice for videos or e-Learning. Must have a studio or quiet place in the home to do the Voice Over recording and enjoy doing it. We are looking for a person that is passionate about showing their creativity, conscious about their quality and deliver. Needs to be available and working during the normal working hours throughout the entire day, dedicated to the Amtrak work.

Special Skillset (optional): Conduct analysis of training and communications requirements, and design and develop instructional approaches and strategies to meet those requirements. Establish appropriate learning objectives and design instructionally valid training materials using adult learning theories. Create & execute learning strategies, curriculums, and training plans. Create, design, and facilitate technical system training. Create Story Boards & Instructional Design e-Learning Modules including developing interactive Content, Learning Objects, Knowledge Checks, Simulations, and Assessments for each e-Learning. Collaborates with subject experts to develop course content including training manuals, how to guides, and Quick Reference cards, placemats. Creation and video editing for marketing, awareness videos. Conduct Voice Over for videos and e-learning including creating and editing. Facilitation training, Webinars, and User workshops. Develop end user communications, FAQs and How To Videos, Writes scripts for video and audio content. Familiarity with e-learning platforms best practices & SCORM compliance. Integration of e-Learning modules into the Amtrak Learning Platform ensuring SCORM compliance and e-learning best practices. Expert in Camtasia, Articulate360, Rise, Adobe, Canva, Captivate, Collaboration tools, and Survey tools.
