Wedgewood Weddings in Temecula, CA is hiring! We're looking for friendly, outgoing people to be the first point of sales contact for our brides/grooms, event clients, and party planners. Qualified candidates must have a warm personality, the love of sales, superior listening skills, and the ability to befriend anyone over the phone. If you're looking for a fun, fast-paced sales position and have exceptional organization, the ability to multitask, and excellent computer skills, you'll be a great fit!
Remember, we work when our clients and guests play, so weekend, early evening, and holiday availability are mandatory. We're open 7 days a week until 7:00 pm, and shift times vary. All candidates must have open availability!
Here's a quick overview of the basic responsibilities:
- Positively represent the Wedgewood Weddings brand!
- Answer incoming calls and explain our locations, services, and pricing.
- Generate excitement for our brides and really sell the personal consultation at our venues.
- Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
- Make follow-up calls and send follow-up emails/texts.
- Schedule appointments for couples to tour our locations.
Requirements:
- A high level of computer literacy and knowledge. Familiarity with the entire Microsoft Office family is extremely handy, experience with Salesforce is a plus. Amazing verbal and written communication skills are a must!
- The ability to work quickly, accurately, and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously. For example, you'll be speaking with brides to understand their vision while navigating through multiple screens, answering all pertinent questions, and collecting event details at the same time. This should sound exciting and challenging to you! We work under pressure and we thrive on it -- you should too!
- Sales skills are important in this position because you will be the voice of the company. We're the first interaction a couple has with Wedgewood Weddings & we need to make a lasting first impression!

Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-time position available
- Base hourly $19 PLUS COMMISSION! Gents average $22 - $24/hour
