About

As a Remote Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and engaging designs for our online training courses and marketing materials. You will work closely with our instructional design and marketing teams to bring our training materials to life through creative and impactful designs.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the instructional design team to create visually appealing and effective designs for our online training courses.
Design and create graphics, illustrations, and animations for our training materials.
Create marketing materials such as flyers, social media graphics, and email templates.
Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
Communicate and present design ideas to the team and incorporate feedback.
Work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Assist with other design tasks as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with animation and video editing software is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
