This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure, utilities, drainage, renewable energy and civil engineering projects across Munster The role will suit a motivated Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership, leading high-performing teams and delivering projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
THE ROLE:
* Manage projects from commencement through to completion.
* Lead health, safety, quality and environmental performance on-site
* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant and materials.
* Drive programme performance and ensure project milestones are achieved.
* Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
* Identify and resolve project issues quickly and effectively.
* Monitor costs, productivity and commercial performance.
* Support and develop engineers, supervisors and site teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years' experience managing civil engineering or infrastructure projects (Ireland or UK)
* Strong background in areas such as roads, drainage, utilities, renewables, groundworks or infrastructure.
* Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget.
* Experience managing subcontractors, clients and multiple stakeholders.
* Strong organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and commercial awareness.
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
* Advantage, Experience with NEC or Public Works Contracts or experience on infrastructure, energy or residential development projects.
