Seeking an experienced Programme Manager to drive delivery across a portfolio of EU-funded research consortia, commercial product launches, and strategic technology partnerships.
Responsibilities Own operational tracking across multiple parallel programmes, including master delivery plans, Gantt charts, and dependency maps Coordinate and prepare technical and financial reports for EU funding bodies, ensuring submissions are complete, accurate, and on time Maintain a compliance calendar covering reporting obligations and audit retention requirements Engage directly with external consortium partners, pharma companies, CROs, and academic collaborators to resolve issues and maintain productive relationships Translate funded programme obligations into clear requirements for product and engineering teams, aligned to grant timelines Maintain plans, owner maps, and milestone logs across the full innovation portfolio Support senior leadership in preparing board-level innovation updates and governance reporting Identify cross-functional dependencies and resource conflicts early, resolving blockers proactively Requirements 5+ years' programme or project management experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes on time and to budget Direct experience working inside EU-funded research consortia (Horizon Europe, IMI, or IHI)
- governance structures, reporting cycles, and consortium dynamics Proven ability to build and maintain detailed Gantt charts and dependency maps across parallel workstreams Strong written communication skills, capable of producing reports to funder and internal standards Comfortable xyswxtq operating across functions, gathering inputs, and following through to completion Nice to have Background transitioning from academia into industry; PhD or equivalent research depth Experience in life sciences, digital health, medical devices, or regulated AI/software Familiarity with EU AI Act, MDR, GDPR, or ISO DTIF programme experience and IP/grant exploitation reporting knowledge PMP or PRINCE2 certification Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
