Our client, a growing and ambitious organisation based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22, is seeking an Operations Coordinator / Administrative Support professional to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of the business, supporting critical operational activities while developing valuable experience across operations, customer engagement, logistics and compliance.
Initially offered on a 12-month contract, there is strong potential for the successful candidate to secure a permanent position within the organisation.

The Role As Operations Coordinator, you will act as the administrative hub for the Operations Team, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently while supporting customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
This is a varied position where you will play an important role in coordinating operational activities, maintaining accurate records, producing reports and helping to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and update operational tracking spreadsheets and databases.
Coordinate meetings with customers, logistics providers, operational partners and internal teams.
Prepare regular operational and management reports.
Respond professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email.
Maintain accurate operational records, documentation and filing systems.
Track compliance documentation and ensure records remain up to date.
Follow up with customers and stakeholders to obtain information and documentation within required timeframes.
Support projects focused on improving operational efficiency and service delivery.
Assist with operational reporting, data analysis and process monitoring.
Provide general administrative support to the wider Operations Team as required.
What You'll Bring Essential Experience 2-3 years' experience in an Operations Administration, Logistics Administration, Project Administration, Supply Chain Support, Customer Service Administration, Retail Operations Support, Compliance Administration or similar role.
Experience supporting operational processes within a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience preparing reports and maintaining accurate records.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and/or XLOOKUP.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience working with CRM systems or operational databases.
Highly Desirable Exposure to logistics, supply chain or compliance administration.
Experience supporting retailer or customer-focused operations.
Involvement in process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives.
Experience working with operational KPIs and reporting metrics.

What's On Offer Salary of €35,000
- €45,000 depending on experience.
