About
Strategic Selling Position MSP services (MSSP, cloud, backup/DR, compliance, professional IT services) in alignment with client needs. Drive consultative selling and solution design. Collaborate with pre‑sales/engineers to architect client proposals.
CRM & Reporting Accurately manage pipeline in Dynamics CRM. Forecast revenue and report weekly/monthly on progress. Maintain high activity levels (calls, meetings, proposals).
Market & Competitive Intelligence Understand competitive landscape and differentiate offerings. Provide feedback to leadership on market needs and product gaps.
