Treatment Coordinator Job Description
What You’ll Do: • Manage day-to-day office operations, including coordinating patient schedules and appointments. • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner. • Assist with insurance verification and claims management. • Handle patient check-ins and check-outs. • Ensure efficient office flow and maintain a positive work environment for the team. • Assist in managing office inventory and supplies. Salary Range
part-time $20 - $28 per hour Salary based on Experience. Benefits

Work Hours: • Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts Requirements
Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (5+ years) Along with having strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, this ideal candidate will be required to have: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dental office setting or a similar role. Preferences
• 2 years of direct customer service experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment • Proficient in scheduling, insurance verification, and managing patient inquiries. Hiring Process
