About

The QA/QC Manager will lead the development and execution of quality control programs across complex, mission‑critical construction projects. This role focuses on mainly Civil, Structural, Architectural scopes, ensuring that all work meets rigorous quality standards and client expectations. You will collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to implement structured quality processes, drive continuous improvement, and maintain compliance through all phases of construction and commissioning.Minimum QualificationsBachelor of Science in Construction Management, or similar field, or equivalent experienceStrong Civil and Structural construction QAQC backgroundExperience in Data Center or mission‑critical constructionExperience with QA/QC processes in construction or MEP-focused projects.Familiarity with software platforms such as Procore and Cx Alloy.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage documentation and inspection workflows.Willingness to work onsite full-time.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesProvide Client representation as the General Contractor QA/QC Manager for a Data Center projectConduct the Planning Phase of the Quality Control Program (QCP) by aligning expectations with Site Operations teams at project kickoffDevelop site‑specific QC Programs for complex and large‑scale projects, submitting final drafts to the Senior QC Manager for review and approvalLead daily QC huddles with the QCS teams to review scheduled activities, address challenges, and reinforce quality expectationsMentor, supervise, and train QC Associates and designated QC Site Operations team members to ensure consistent execution of quality standards across all projectsCreate tailored meeting agendas and inspection templates for each Field of Work (FOW) to support structured and consistent inspectionsSupport Site Operations teams in executing the four‑step QC Program (Planning, Preparatory, Initial, and Inspections) for each FOWAttend preparatory and initial phase meetings, providing feedback to improve team efficiency and performanceCollect and analyze performance metric data from QC Associates and Site Operations QC Representatives, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend preventative solutionsPrepare and submit monthly QC performance metric reports to the Senior QC Manager, highlighting trends, issues, and improvement opportunitiesTrack and manage all QC documentation, including third‑party inspections and test reports, ensuring completeness and complianceEnsure all CSA and MEP QC documentation for the three phases of control is complete and uploaded into Procore or other client‑specified platforms such as CxAlloyCollaborate with MEP Managers and Superintendents to review commissioning documentation and deliverables for accuracy and completenessProvide weekly QC status reports to the Senior QC Manager, including progress updates and a spotlight on key observations or issuesAttend internal progress meetings and client‑facing meetings to report on QC activities and receive feedback on program performancePromote and integrate safe work practices throughout the QC program and across all project phasesManage subcontractor participation in the QCP, ensuring compliance with the three phases of control and documentation standardsAudit daily reports, deficiency logs, inspection logs, and other quality documentation to ensure alignment with program requirementsServe as the primary interface with client representatives for all QC‑related matters, providing updates and addressing concernsCollaborate with project teams to support milestone delivery and ensure quality expectations are met at each stageSupport multiple projects simultaneously, adapting QC strategies to meet varying scopes and schedulesDevelop and maintain tracking logs and reports to monitor project deliverables, deficiencies, and corrective actionsParticipate in candidate interviews for the QCS Group and present the QCP during client interviews when requested by senior leadershipComplete QC tasks and deliverables assigned by the Senior Manager, Quality Control, and support broader departmental initiativesProvide training to team members on QC tools, processes, and best practices to promote continuous improvementBenefits OfferedMedical insuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) retirement plan with 4% KALCON match when an employee contributes at least 5
