Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes.Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory. Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions and services aligned with the prospective customer's needs.Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry, competitors and analysts.Excellent written and verbal communication.Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end usersPresent HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territoryIdentify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM products and services based on their technical needsMinimum of 3 to 5 years HCM sales experienceStrong knowledge of HCM/SaaS IndustryDemonstrated understanding of strategic sales processMinimum QualificationsMinimum of 3‑5 years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutionsPreferred QualificationsExcellent communication and presentation skillsIncredibly organizedExperience with a diversity of prospecting strategiesTravel Requirement30-40%Pay TransparencyThe base salary range for this position is $125,000 annually, with the opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through a performance‑based incentive compensation plan. The plan may provide for the payment of commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
