That means you sincerely care that our customers get exactly the quality products and services they need to embrace today and confidently pursue tomorrow.Position DetailsFrom day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; if you don't, training includes licensing.Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.Opportunities for rewards and recognition.Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain your dedicated workspace, wired high‑speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile services are not supported.Qualifications2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.Property and Casualty license required after hire.About UsPay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location.
