The Role We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for our employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation, Revenue requirements, and payroll best practices.
This role requires excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work collaboratively with all departments.
The successful candidate will be based in our head office in Dun Laoghaire, Co.
Dublin.

Key Responsibilities Process weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
Maintain employee payroll records, including starters, leavers, salary changes, benefits, deductions, and pension contributions.
Ensure compliance with Irish payroll legislation, Revenue requirements, and employment regulations.
Reconcile payroll reports, payroll control accounts, and statutory payments.
Process maternity, paternity, adoptive, parental, sick leave, and other statutory payments where applicable.
Support year-end payroll activities and reporting requirements.
Respond to employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.
Liaise with HR, Finance, pension providers, and external payroll vendors as required.
Prepare payroll-related reports, reconciliations, and management information.
Support payroll audits and compliance reviews.
Identify and implement payroll process improvements and efficiencies.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with GDPR requirements.
Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years' payroll experience.
Strong understanding of Irish payroll legislation and Revenue requirements.
Experience processing payroll within Ireland.
Experience using payroll software and HR systems.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Desirable IPASS qualification or working towards certification.
Experience in multi-site or multi-jurisdiction payroll environments.
Experience supporting payroll projects, system implementations, or process improvements.
