Design Build Search is currently seeking an experienced and motivatedPlanner to join our clients well-established and ambitious construction team based in North Dublin.

As a Planner withour client, you will be responsible for the coordination and organisation of construction projects, including the development and maintenance of project schedules, coordination of labour and resources, and ongoing monitoring of project performance.
Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project programmes to ensure timely project delivery Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and site teams to align schedules with project objectives and client expectations Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions where required Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials, labour, and resources Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and update schedules accordingly Prepare and present regular progress reports, highlighting milestones, risks, and opportunities Review and analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation to identify potential conflicts or programme risks Requirements Bachelors degree in a construction-related discipline Minimum 5 years experience in construction planning, scheduling, or a related role Advanced proficiency in P6, Asta Powerproject, and Microsoft Project Proven experience using Earned Value xyswxtq Management and working with NEC contracts Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Remuneration: Competitive basic salary Pension and life assurance Healthcare Car allowance Skills: Planning Main Contractor Construction Benefits: Healthcare Pension Car Allowance
