The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in equipment installation, commissioning, and validation processes, including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
Candidates from both medical and non-medical manufacturing backgrounds will be considered, provided they have relevant experience in managing complex equipment installation projects.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for installation of two new clean lines.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Oversee equipment installation, commissioning, and start-up activities.
Coordinate IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification) activities.
Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, and external vendors.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (if applicable).
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure successful handover to operations after completion.
Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field.
5+ years of experience in project management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong understanding of equipment installation and validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Experience managing capital equipment or production line installations.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
Experience in cleanroom, manufacturing, or regulated environments. xyswxtq
