Inside Sales Associate

Maven Wise, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Associate for a globally recognized Life Sciences Organization. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for educating and selling recipients on the benefits of upgrading or purchasing the latest technology. The Inside Sales Representative also guides the recipient through the process to obtain insurance approval for upgrades through insurance authorizations. The inside sales representative will work closely with the reimbursement team to ensure orders are secured, processed, and shipped.

Responsibilities:

• Sell, upsell and cross-sell hearing technologies to existing recipients.
• Reach out to recipients through methods that include, but are not limited to, phone call, email, web chat, SMS chat, and social media for selling opportunities.
• Create and process upgrade insurance authorizations.
• Use SalesForce and Insurance Portal to manage upgrades.
• Collaborate with field staff, reimbursement, and customer service.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Certification (MUST)
• Experience in sales and/or customer service representing a medical product is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate both written and verbally.
• Insurance authorization experience is valuable.
• Strong customer focused orientation.
• Self-motivated, high level of initiative, with ability to work well in cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient computer Skills
• Demonstrate ability to handle multi-tasks, field questions covering diverse areas and facilitate positive responses.
• Must have ability to handle high volume of calls/emails/paperwork.

Competency in both Spanish and English language is preferred

Salary: $22 - $22 per hour
