Who You Are

You encompass the OC Values Caring, Committed, Curious, Collaborative. You have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a relevant discipline (MBA, CMA, CPA preferred). You have 5+ years experience in cost accounting with a preference to a manufacturing background. You are able to be flexible and effectively manage competing priorities. You have the ability to operate within a matrixed organization. You encompass some ERP experience. You desire to lead in a manufacturing setting.

What You Will Be Responsible For

As the Minneapolis Plant Controller, you will be primarily responsible for the following Living the safety stance, while adhering to all safety standards and responsibilities. Ensuring the proper existence of & adherence to compliance and internal controls. Partnering with Plant Leader to lead operations planning & plant processes. Conducting financial planning, forecasting, reporting & analysis to create financial transparency and to encourage effective decision-making. Actively leading and contributing within a cross-functional leadership team. Driving plant productivity. Leading a team of 3 direct reports in purchasing, buying, raw materials and shipping/transportation.

The base salary range for this position is $108,000 to $140,000, with the potential for up to an additional 25% if the applicant hired has additional related qualifications.
