Group Facilities Manager Location:North Dublin Multi-Site Responsibility Salary: €80-100k (DOE) We are seeking an experienced Group Facilities Manager to lead facilities, maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure across multiple food manufacturing sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading FMCG business where you'll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across high-care production facilities.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent people management skills, and experience managing facilities within a food manufacturing environment.
The role Lead all facilities, maintenance, utilities, and site services across multiple manufacturing sites.
Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
Oversee site utilities including refrigeration, HVAC, boilers, compressed air, electrical systems, and water treatment.
Ensure compliance with BRCGS, HACCP, Health & Safety, environmental, and retailer standards.
Manage contractors, service providers, maintenance schedules, and service agreements.
Lead capital projects including factory upgrades, equipment installations, and infrastructure improvements.
Drive energy efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage maintenance budgets, utilities costs, KPIs, and performance reporting.
Ensure statutory inspections, certifications, and business continuity plans are maintained.
Support customer, retailer, and regulatory audits across all sites.
About You 7+ years' experience in facilities or maintenance management within food manufacturing or FMCG.
Proven experience managing multiple manufacturing sites.
Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, Health & Safety, and statutory compliance.
Experience managing utilities, contractors, CAPEX projects, and maintenance systems.
Degree or trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or Facilities Management.
Strong leadership, organisational, budgeting, and project management skills. xyswxtq
Experience using CMMS systems such as SAP PM, PEMAC, or similar is advantageous.
