Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join the team and play a key role in supporting business leaders, driving people initiatives, and contributing to the ongoing success of the organisation.
The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Manager will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing both strategic and operational HR support across the business.
This is a broad role offering exposure across, performance management, employee relations, reward, employee engagement, HR projects, and people strategy.
The successful candidate will be comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels within a fast-paced, professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders and department heads to provide commercially focused HR advice and support.
Build strong relationships across the organisation and develop people plans aligned to business objectives.
Act as the primary HR contact for managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
Lead and support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
Support annual salary review and bonus processes, including benchmarking and market analysis.
Provide advice on compensation, reward, and benefits matters.
Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, investigations, and absence management.
Support employee engagement activities, talent retention initiatives and wellbeing programmes.
Analyse people data and provide insights on workforce trends, engagement, attrition, and other key HR metrics.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practice.
Contribute to HR policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead or support a range of HR projects focused on employee experience, systems, process improvement, and organisational development.
Collaborate closely with recruitment and wider HR teams to support workforce planning and hiring activity when required.
Mentor and support junior members of the HR team About you Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
CIPD qualified or working towards qualification Approximately 8+ years progressive HR experience, with experience operating at HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, or equivalent level.
Previous experience within a professional service, partnership, corporate, or similarly fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and employee relations best practice.
Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholder.
Experience managing complex employee relations matters with confidence and discretion.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance people and business priorities.
Highly organised with excellent project management and prioritisation skills.
Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting and presenting people d Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
