This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing engineering team delivering innovative automation solutions for the processing industry.
Key Responsibilities: Design, program, and commission control panels and machinery Develop automation solutions for overhead conveyor systems, belt conveyors, and integrated production equipment Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams on machine design and development Support the delivery of new automation projects and continuous improvements Technical Environment: PLCs: Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, with occasional Schneider and Siemens systems Design Software: AutoCAD LT currently in use, with plans to explore EPLAN and/or SolidWorks Electrical Opportunity to contribute to future SCADA system development and equipment monitoring projects About You: 34 years' experience in automation, controls, or machine-building environments Strong PLC programming skills Experience with SolidWorks and/or electrical design software Knowledge of industrial machinery, conveyor xyswxtq systems, or manufacturing automation is advantageous Excellent problem-solving and communication skills This role offers the chance to work on bespoke machine-build projects, influence future technology decisions, and play a key role in the company's automation strategy.
