As a key member of the Leadership team, this role reports to the VP of HR and will lead/implement the HR Strategy for the organisation in Cork.
Key responsibilities include: Leading and implementing the HR strategy for the organisation in line with business goals.
Partner with senior managers and lead the Talent Management strategy across the organisation.
Partner with senior leaders, coaching and advising on all people related matters.
Develop and implement the recruitment strategy.
Ensure policies/procedures are implemented in line with current legislation. xyswxtq
Lead and support the organisation on all aspects of ER/IR issues..
Experience required: Third level degree qualified, CIPD accredited.
5-7 years' experience in a senior HR role Excellent key stakeholder engagement skills
