About
Responsibilities
Define and track the end-to-end product engineering plan of record for parallel software releases. Manage cross-functional expectations and dependencies with various technology, product management, and operations teams that are distributed globally. Track and report the production incident support backlog and resolution.
Skills and Experience
Preferred qualifications include experience working with current datacenter and web technologies (especially Cloud), self-motivated problem solver; able to thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment, demonstrated ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, responds to customer needs quickly and effectively, adapts to change, prior experience working with or managing large technical programs, particularly at high growth startups or Fortune 500 companies, working experience as a SCRUM master.
Qualifications
7+ years leading complex, large scale, technical/engineering programs. 5+ years managing Agile projects (Kanban/Sprints), ideally using Atlassian Confluence/Jira or comparable tools. Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or equivalent experience. PMP, PgMP, or SCRUM/Agile certified.
