About

Senior Project Manager

Seasoned senior PM with strong experience with ERP implementation experience. Strong GxP knowledge and working with boundary applications. Strong project management skills. LifeScience domain is a plus. Should possess excellent communication skills. PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Understanding overall program and create a project plan around SAP implementation project by working with boundary app systems.
  • Liaising with stakeholders such as PMO, project team members, vendors, and end-users regarding project activities vertically and horizontally.
  • Managing project deliverables based on Gilead project delivery framework (Unity).
  • Managing procurement processes (contracts, purchasing and invoices).
  • Managing project risks, issues, actions and decisions (RAID log).
  • Coordinating and managing cutover activities during deployment.
  • Communicating on project statuses on a weekly basis.
  • Tracking, reporting, maintaining and managing a good working knowledge of assigned SAP and each boundary application.
  • Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.
  • Facilitating project meetings and sending out meeting minutes.
  • Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Compiling project reports and informing management regarding problems/issues at a timely manner.
  • Ensuring project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies.
  • Owning communication to boundary application owners on issue resolution and reporting.
  • Managing daily stand-up meetings.
  • Preparing materials for OSC (Operating steering committee) / ESC (Executive steering committee).

Mandatory skills: Seasoned PM, ERP implementation experience (preferably SAP), validation experience, integration experience.
