- To inspect, repair, service, maintain & install equipment & services under Paragons remit.
- To provide extremely good customer services.
- Work well with colleagues and other trades alike.
- To follow standard operating procedures and work instructions as laid out by their line Manager.
Requirements:
- Business skills
- Service engineers may be responsible for managing budgets, leading a team and liaising with suppliers
- The capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures
- The ability to lead and motivate others
- Team working skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills Heating Systems, Plumbing Systems, Air Conditioning Systems.
- The confidence to respond positively when under pressure
- People management skills ? Customer Service Skills
- Flexible to meet business requirements Education:
- Junior Certificate or City & Guilds Trade successfully obtained (Plumbing/ Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) Licenses/Certificates:
- Full Driving Licence/ Safe Pass/ Manual Handling/ IPAF preferably/ Working at Heights and one of the following;
- Fgas or RGII or relevant City & Guilds Craft Cert.
Experience:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Broad knowledge of Heating, Ventilation & Air
- Conditioning Systems. xyswxtq
- Intense knowledge of their specific trades
- Basic knowledge of building services We are seeking candidates with proven experience in this role.
