The position is based in West Dublin and requires travel between sites, all sites are within a 15 minute commute of each other.
Responsibilities: Provide EHS guidance to management, supervisors, workers, and subcontractors on housing and apartment projects.
Lead audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and EHS training sessions.
Maintain site-specific EHS plans, RAMS, and documentation.
Monitor compliance, report on KPIs, and drive safety and environmental improvements.
Requirements: 3+ years EHS experience in construction, preferably residential projects.
Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety plus Certificate in Environmental Management.
Experience with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 auditing.
Strong knowledge of construction regulations, CDM, and subcontractor management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
IOSH membership (or equivalent professional body).
