Concierge

A Concierge provides a variety of personalized services and information to VIPs inquiring at the Concierge Lounge. As a Concierge, you must actively listen and extend assistance to resolve all guest issues and concerns. You must be strongly oriented towards guest satisfaction. You also need to have an outstanding hospitality, focused customer service, effective decision-making abilities, and strong communication and organizational skills. If you have experience in a similar role in an upscale resort, hotel, or cruise ship, then we'd like you to be part of our Guest Services team!
