Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through to handover Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to senior management Identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships Oversee quality control and ensure project specifications are met Lead site meetings and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders Requirements 5+ years experience in construction project management Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety standards Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, xyswxtq Procore, Primavera) Full driving licence Desirable Chartered status or working toward chartership Experience with large-scale commercial or residential developments Strong financial and contract management skills What We Offer Competitive salary Company vehicle or allowance Pension and benefits package Opportunities for career progression and professional development Supportive, collaborative working environment
