Business Development Manager Contract Logistics Dublin, Ireland | Full-Time | MondayFriday 35% remote, 35% on road, 30% onsite in Dublin A leading logistics organisation is seeking a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to join its expanding Contract Logistics division in Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to take ownership of new business development while nurturing a select portfolio of existing clients.
Youll play a pivotal role in supporting continued growth across the Irish market, working within a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the logistics sector Build strong pipelines through networking, client meetings, and consultative selling approaches Manage and develop relationships with a small base of existing customers Understand client requirements and deliver tailored logistics solutions Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting through CRM systems Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and commercial solutions Work cross-functionally with operational teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategy Contribute to wider team success through collaboration and knowledge sharing Key Requirements: Demonstrated success in business development or sales, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or a related industry and specifically in contract logistics Strong commercial awareness with the ability to win and grow business Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and sales performance Effective time and territory management skills Full clean drivers licence and flexibility to travel as needed If you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, we would love to hear from you.
