Responsibilities Oversee all finishing works to ensure high-quality project delivery Coordinate subcontractors and finishing trades on site Ensure Health & Safety compliance across all finishing activities Monitor programme progress and support short-term planning Carry out snagging, quality inspections, and ensure defect-free handover Maintain site records, reporting, and daily progress updates Liaise with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and wider project team Ensure materials, workmanship, and finishes meet specification standards Support site logistics and coordination of finishing sequences Requirements 5+ years experience in a Finishing Foreman or similar role Strong background working with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK Experience on large-scale building projects (€10m+) Excellent eye for xyswxtq detail and strong quality focus Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and tight programmes Salary & Package €70k
