On‑site work with clients throughout the Washington DC area. Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required; occasional travel up to 1.5 hours. Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call duties four times a year, including weekends. What you will be doing
Attend client appointments to provide end‑user support and manage client infrastructure. Maintain and troubleshoot local and cloud infrastructure, including monitoring platforms (CW‑Automate) and preventative maintenance checklists. Secure, update, document, and test network infrastructure and backup solutions. Collaborate with Operations, Solutions Architects, Account Management, and Dispatch teams to deliver client experience and meet schedules. Provide excellent customer service and support for on‑site or remote IT requests. Maintain and update all relevant documentation. You’ll be successful in this role if you have experience in/with
3+ years in Information Technology, preferably in the MSP industry. Proficiency with networking technologies (firewalls, switches, UPS, servers, SANS, NAS, printers, WAP, computers). Administration and auditing of Office 365 end‑user environments. Troubleshooting Windows Server roles (GPO, DHCP, DNS, NPS, WSUS, IIS, AD, DFS). Service, troubleshooting, and communication across multiple departments. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft platform knowledge. US citizenship due to government contracts. Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel. Bonus Point if you have
Experience in environments governed by compliance frameworks such as CMMC, ITAR, and NIST. Experience with or supporting government agencies. Certifications like CMMC Registered Practitioner. Required Language Skills
Professional written and oral communication in English. Ability to draft business correspondence and procedures. Effective presentation and response to questions from managers, clients, and the public. Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
Lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds rarely. Perform frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, turning, and occasional reaching over shoulder height. Work in a fast‑paced and unsupervised environment. Drive or sit for extended periods of time. Equipment / Machinery Used
Two‑wheel dolly, basic tools (screwdrivers, vacuums). Computers (laptop or desktop). Compensation & Benefits
Base pay $65,000 – $80,000 per year, varying by location and experience. Includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and paid time off (PTO). Work Authorization Criteria
