About
We are seeking a skilled, hands‑on
IT Systems Administrator
to join our team. In this role, you will support and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, end‑user systems, and security. This is not a remote role - our ideal candidate enjoys being onsite, working directly with systems, equipment, and colleagues to keep operations running smoothly. If you’re organized, collaborative, and love being the go‑to person when systems need stability and support — we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain
servers, desktops, laptops, and network devices
Monitor system performance and
troubleshoot issues proactively
Perform routine maintenance including
backups, updates, and patching
Manage
user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Provide
end‑user support
for hardware, software, and network issues
Support
network administration and onsite network equipment installations
Maintain documentation for
system configurations and procedures
Assist with
security audits and data protection measures
Collaborate with IT team members on system improvements and special projects
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of
computer hardware, software, and networking
Experience with
Windows operating systems
Familiarity with
VMware or Hyper‑V virtualization
Working knowledge of
Active Directory, Exchange, Barracuda, Cloudflare, VoIP, and Cisco networking
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and
communicate solutions clearly to non‑technical users
Understanding of
IT security best practices
Education & Experience
Associate’s degree in Information Technology required
(Bachelor’s preferred)
3–5 years of experience
in a similar IT role
Preferred Certifications AWS Cloud, MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA certifications
